UBC LASSA

Welcome to the Library and Archival Studies Student Association at UBC’s iSchool in Vancouver, Canada.

We are the heart of the student community for those in the Library and Information Studies program, Archival Studies program, Children’s Literature program, and PhD program at the UBC iSchool.

LASSA engages in advocacy for student issues, acts as a liaison between students, the iSchool and UBC, publishes newsletters, and organizes events.

We also represent students to the iSchool administration and throughout UBC through:
